Masai Mara National Reserve with Mara Hyena Project (MHP)-Kenya
- Collected spotted hyena behavior and ecological data through day and night observations at and beyond their dens, entered collected data into the project database, conducted bi-weekly prey census, immobilized spotted hyenas using approved procedures, and took animal body measurements and blood samples for lab analysis, created spotted hyena awareness amongst local people and tourists, conducted monthly tour counts, and collected hyena fecal matter and paste for lab analysis
Potter Park Zoo - Michigan state - USA
- Undertook a job shadow at Potter Park Zoo where i participated in several departmental activities including cleaning the bird gallery, feeding the penguins, cleaning the black rhino enclosure, preparing other animal food and feeding them and strict observation of captive animal care rules and regulations

- Conducted wildlife research at Mombasa Marine National Park, Kisumu Impala Sanctuary, Ndere Island National Park and Lake Kanyaboli National Reserve. Utilized Global information System (GIS) technology, data analysis and wildlife database management.
